By accessing or using Invest N Properties (the "Marketplace"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Marketplace.
2. Description of service
Invest N Properties provides an online marketplace where real estate investors can list and find investment properties, and where users can find and hire verified contractors. We are a marketplace and intermediary — we are not a party to any transaction between users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Marketplace. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Listings and verification
Users may list properties for sale or assignment. A "Verified" badge indicates that we have reviewed the listing information provided to us; it is not a guarantee of accuracy, value, or performance. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, including title, inspection, and financial analysis.
6. Contractor services
Contractor profiles and bids are provided by third parties. Verification indicates that we have reviewed certain credentials; it does not endorse or guarantee any contractor's work. Any contract for services is solely between you and the contractor.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to post false or misleading information, infringe the rights of others, attempt to circumvent Marketplace fees, or use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose.
8. Fees
Certain plans and features are offered for a fee. Fees are described on our Pricing page and may change. Paid plans renew until cancelled in accordance with your plan terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Marketplace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that deals will close, that contractors will perform, or that any listing is accurate or profitable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest N Properties is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Marketplace or any transaction conducted through it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Marketplace. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
